I think certain K-marts do. I believe it's sort of like with Linens N' Things way back when they carried the method premium candle line. It was only certain Linens N' Things, not all. I think it's the same way here.
Bed, Bath & Beyond is also supposed to carry method items, and some readers have mentioned this. But I've never found a single method item at a BB&B near me (and I just checked this weekend.) So I think it just depends on where you live, unfortunately.
