A couple online articles/blog posts, etc. have begun to show up mentioning that they've received a box from method cradling two of their new Orla Kiely products, a hand wash and dish soap! (You can read one post here on Apartment Therapy!) method does this from time to time for their advocates, as well as for PR promotion. So while I'm not sure if this is an advocate tada! this time out or not, I'm gonna start crossing my fingers and watching for a surprise in the mail! If you happen to get this sweet little package, let method lust know (and what you think of the new scents and packaging!)

sneak peek - orla kiely + method
I got a secret for you! Fall is only two-ish and so months away! And living in North Carolina, I can't wait til it gets here! Seriously, Mother Nature can keep summer. It sucks. Major style. Like, it sucks words I can't even type on this blog or I'd get in trouble and have to go wash my mouth out with soap. But it would be method soap, so that wouldn't be so bad.
Anywho, along with fall comes method's new limited edition hand wash line! This time they collaborated with designer Orla Kiely to create their shrinkwrap bottle designs! You might remember she also recently had a line of exclusive items at your local Target stores!

Lusters will also be getting four new scents! These include bay leaf, vanilla chai, primrose, and pear ginger. (I'm really excited for the bay leaf and pear ginger!) All will be available in gel and foaming hand wash, and the pear ginger will also be available in dish soap and all-purpose cleaner!
The new hand washes are already hitting store shelves at some Targets, but the actual date for release is mid-August. Special thanks to method luster Rhonda for giving me this tip!
Are you excited? What do you think of the new fragrances?

brightly colored hello-agains!
Update + method lust was wrong! No, say it isn't so! No, no, no! Ok, well let's just live in Delusionville (cause Nathan ain't never wrong (cough), and you better bet that's right, peaches pants!) Looks like Target has been updating all my nearby stores to larger versions with fresh produce and groceries. And in true "WTH?!" Target mentality, they went ahead and clearanced out the spring limited edition hand wash line... just so they could then build an entirely new hand wash area a few shelves down, and reintroduce the spring limited edition hand wash line in a bigger display! That makes sense, right? Right... so they haven't been discontinued, as you've probably already figured out. Coconut grove, watermelon patch, daffodil bouqet, I knew we were still friends! I just knew it! (Sorry for the confusion. Blame Target! - wink.)

guest review - limited edition hand wash

| limited edition coconut grove, watermelon patch and (not shown) daffodil bouqet |

guest review | by Jamison Combs
Look what I found while wandering my local (regular, non-Super) Target tonight! It appears spring has sprung a bit early. Even with the temperatures still dipping into the 30s here in "famously hot" Columbia, SC, these spring scents make me dream of the warmer days ahead.
Love the new shrink wrap design. My only criticism is that the dispenser doesn't align with the graphics/front of the bottle. It's a bit frustrating for this OCD method man!
Scents include:
+ coconut grove
+ watermelon patch
+ and daffodil bouqet
Even though I still have a stock pile of winter oak and frosted fir, I couldn't resist the coconut grove. I'm a sucker for anything coconut! It smells amazing! (Personally I think they all smell great, and accurately reflect their names.)
+
Thanks, Jamison! Do you have a guest review you'd like to submit to method lust for an upcoming post? Simply send the review (and any accompanying photos, if you have some) to method lust!

sneak peek - refills + more!

| new magnolia, olive leaf and white tea pure naked body washes |
We're not done yet, youngsters! Oh no, not by a long shot! So pay attention, ok? Cause you don't want to be left out of all the method "in the know", do you? Of course not! Even more body wash 411 is coming your way! Looks like fans of method's current body wash line (the marine naturals body wash in refresh mint, waterflower, and sea minerals) might want to start thinking about stocking up very soon, cause I'm placing a big fat bet they are all about to go bye-bye, ciao, so long, farewell, auf wiedersehen, adieu, adieu, adieu, to you and you and you, and... oh wait, where was I? Darn those musical numbers that play randomly in my head! Yes, marine naturals is out, pure naked (in olive leaf, white tea, and magnolia) is in! method had a magnolia candle way back when (I'm talkin' way, way back!) so I'm curious to see if the scent is similar. Look for these to be hitting store shelves very soon! Within the next few weeks, I'd say!
![]() |
| new glass + surface, new lavender all-purpose and daily shower 68 oz. refills |
Along with the new body wash line, you can also expect a new 68 oz. refills bottle line (that's almost two and a half bottles of method bliss!) Soon to be appearing are both glass + surface and all-purpose spray cleaner refill bottles! (Lavender is shown in the all-purpose above, though I'm sure more scents will be coming along for the ride.) And, the refill bottles get a slight makeover, as well!
+ Along with all these new sneak peeks, I've seen even more clearanced method product on Target's shelves this weekend! As mentioned above, the marine naturals body wash line is outta here, the sweet water and sea minerals hand sanitizer bottles are on clearance, and I also noticed the limited edition pink grapefruit dish soap saying their goodbyes.
In addition to those, oddly enough along with the clearanced lemon mint dish soap, are some lemon mint dish soap bottles still on store shelves at full price without the limited edition tag, so this scent might be switching over to one of method's new regulars.
And lastly, the lil' bowl blu (toilet bowl cleaner) was also on clearance. My prediction for this is, method has admitted they are revamping the bathroom line, so I'd expect to see a new lil' bowl blu product/packaging in the near future, possibly with additional bathroom items, or an also reworked le scrub, etc. Time will tell!
Whew!

| method's new limited edition lime + sea salt line! |
Wow! method luster Gary (who might be giving me a run for my money! Alright, dueling spray bottles at 12 noon, Gary! Cue the rolling dust bunnies across the wooden floor!) has found the new limited edition lime + sea salt method goodies at his local Target!
So while you're waiting for the lime + sea salt fun to begin at your local store, check out the pics he took of his finds (thanks, Gary!) and you can read all the cute blurbs method put on the back of each bottle. Enjoy!

sneak peek - lime + sea salt and body washes
How about even more sneak peeks? Well, sure thing, method fanatics! First up, better shots of the new lime + sea salt limited edition all-purpose spray cleaner, dish soap and gel hand wash! You can read more about these beauties in the post below this one! And if that wasn't enough, more surprises will soon be hitting store shelves, including...
...new method moisturizing body washes (called pure naked) in olive leaf and white tea! Yes, it's true, method is bringing back two of their original body wash scents! At first I was ready to poo-poo the news with an ole' "Oh, those are just old products..." until I saw the photos and went "Whoa, they're back!" I'll miss almond flower (the third scent in this original moisturizing line) but I lusted the olive leaf like crazy, so I'm excited!
These should be hitting Target store shelves within the next month or so! Will you be picking these up? Excited some of your old favorite scents are returning to the body care line? (And special thanks to Gary for pointing me to the pics!)

hula time, method style!
Ah sneak peeks! I lust them, don't you? All the giddiness that you feel when you find out a new method product has just been discovered! It's kinda like Christmas morning every time one happens! Ok, well, maybe it's not that exciting, but it's really close! Maybe like when you go to your local coffee shop and they accidentally give you a size larger than you ordered, then say "Oops, my bad! You can have it anyway!" Yay! Wow, you know, there is a big difference between Christmas morning and getting extra coffee... hmm. So maybe somewhere inbetween those two things? What do you think? Oh oh, what? You don't frickin' care, you just want to know what the sneak peek is? Well, excuse me!
Over on method's official people against dirty blog, sandwiched inside a nice little post on a day in the life of Jeremy (who is lucky enough to work for method!) came this bit:
"...between emails and meetings, my time this morning is spent on finalizing the launch of our new limited edition lime and sea salt hand soap, dish wash, and all-purpose cleaner. what do you think? they look right at home on our tiki bar."
So, what do you think? Like the fun packaging? Will you be snapping up some lime + sea salt for yourself?

ho ho ho bits 'n pieces!
method lust reader Jon (thanks, Jon!) was kind enough to snap a photo of the new holiday hand wash that has started to pop up in select stores (this one was in a Gelson's grocery store.) I'm so excited to pick these up this year - can't wait. I am just in shock that frosted fir is back, baby, back! I lust that scent so much!
Along with this, method has just posted about their new 'tis the season' line of hand washes over on their official blog!
The posts states that the three scents (baked apple, toasted vanilla bean, and winter oak) will be available in gel and foaming hand wash! (I know a lot of fans will be excited about that!) And they are available "at your local Target grocery (and online soon!) until the end of january."
Has anyone found any of these products (holiday or 'tis the season'?) What do you think of the scents? Let method lust know!

sneak peek - 'for the season' hand washes
UPDATE + Some people (including myself) seem to be having problems finding the new 'for the season' line of method hand washes. Well, method said yesterday on their Facebook page "...they will be available in most Target stores with expanded food selections (not necessarily 'Super' Targets). we'll have them online soon in case you can't find them in stores." Hmm... I don't know enough about how Target stores are set up, but I've always only noticed the regular stores (and we have three around me) and then the Super stores (with the really large grocery section.) Is there an "in-between" that might have an expanded food section? No clue. At any rate, I'm kinda disappointed with this, as these might be more difficult to find than I had thought. Good luck!
+
You know, I've said it before (and probably before that, but hey, I enjoy repeating myself. Do people enjoy listening to me repeat myself? Well, that's a whole other story...) But the thing is, no matter how much snooping and scooping and hunting and pecking and bribing and begging I do, there's always something method is gonna sneak past me! And so, here's a perfect example. Apparently people have just started finding new 'for the season' hand washes popping up on store shelves, with not a mention of such things on method lust?! For shame, Nathan, for shame. But honestly, I had no clue! - For reals!
The new hand washes are interesting. They aren't holiday/Christmas. But they don't really say they're a limited edition line, either. They definitely look holiday to me - bottles in bright reds, iridescent purples, a little berry twig on the packaging. But they're not. So let's just call them fall/winter limited edition and be done with it! They come in baked apple (which I hear has a kind of cidery apple scent to it, that could be amazing!), winter oak (some people say it's wow! Others say it smells like men's cologne, but I'm really excited to check this one out!) and toasted vanilla bean (which probably smells like it sounds. Possibly the least exciting of the three, but hey, everyone has a black sheep in the family, right? Joking, toasted vanilla bean, joking of course. You're special, too!) They are gel hand washes, though from the photo below it also looks like the toasted vanilla bean comes in foaming!

things that make you go...
Looks like method's lemon mint limited edition scent (currently available in dish soap and hand wash) might not be headed for method Heaven after all! A new post on method's Facebook page revealed:Advocate: Dear method, please dont get rid of lemon mint dish soap. It is my favorite dish soap. It says on the bottle that it is limited edition. PLEASE DONT GET RID OF IT!
method: don't worry, it's not going anywhere. ;)
+
Hmm! Personally, I wasn't too impressed with lemon mint. method is doing themselves a huge injustice by not giving us lemongrass dish soap (to match their lemongrass kitchen hand wash. Hello, method, it's a no-brainer! And not just because I lust your lemongrass scent like crazy!)
Lemon mint vs. lemongrass? Your opinion?

pink is the new back
(...and yes, it's supposed to say back, not black. Get it? You will... just a bit more... oh, and there it is!)So after three days of teases, method did their big product re-introduction reveal! And it was none other than... limited edition pink grapefruit dish soap! method says:
"get out the good china. pink grapefruit dish soap is BACK! we know that many of you have sorely missed your zesty sink partner. some even said that dishwashing almost wasn’t worth doing anymore. we thought of you with your dishes piled up, unable to gather enthusiasm for anything else, and it sort of broke our hearts.
so we brought it back and made it even better. the biodegradable formula and fragrance you love now comes in a handy pump bottle for easier washing up. all is right in the world of grease-fighting.
it’s here as a limited edition, but if it’s as big a hit as we anticipate, it’s likely to be granted permanent status. look for it online at soap.com now and on shelves at your local Target at the beginning of August. it will be rolling out to other online retailers soon thereafter."
+
I'm pretty surprised it's limited edition, and I'd bet money it'll become permanent. Though, uh, I bet money the big reveal would be auto care, too, now didn't I? I guess I'm broke!
So, what do you think? Excited? Underwhelmed? Facebook comments ranges wildly from:
"Yay!!!! LOVE this scent." and "Thank you!!!! ♥" to "I thought it was going to be a new product. Not a new scent that we had months ago. There was no reason to drum up so much anticipation."
Honestly, three days of teases for one product return (and it wasn't really a product, but more so a scent) might have been a tad much. But at the same time, many people (method lust included) were screaming for a new line, when method had used the word "product" the entire time. So let's go with 50/50 blame on over excitement, shall we?
So, will you be picking up some pink grapefruit dish soap?

lemony mint and friends!
I found some surprise goodie joys at my local Target yesterday! I knew method already had a slew of new hand washes that have hit our happy shelves (of course I knew, this is method lust yo!), but the poo-poo problem was two hand washes, lemon mint and hibiscus flower in gel, were only available in Target stores that also carried a large grocery store section (Target, you don't ever make no sense to me, alright?)Well, luckily for me (and therefore, you too! Cause we're all friends here, really now) I stumbled upon an end cap near the hand wash at my Target, with a title card hanging above the shelves that said "special purchase" and low and, the second half of that phrase is, behold I found the lemon mint and hibiscus flower gel hand washes! But obviously as the sign says, they're a special purchase, so I'd run on out and pick up a few while the pick'en'of'em up is good!

sneak peek - new hand washes
UPDATE Stopped by my local Targets tonight (of course I did!) and one of the three has started getting some of the new products in. Yay! They had the limited edition clementine hand wash, clementine all-purpose spray cleaner, dish soap refill pouches in clementine and cucumber, orange zest antibac kitchen spray cleaner, orange zest antibac wipes, and a surprise (method lusts surprising even me at times, when I see a product I had no clue was actually debuting!) - limited edition lemon mint dish soap! I immediately snatched up the dish soap, and will be on the lookout for the remaining limited edition hand washes! Have you found any of the new goodies? What are you looking forward to most?PS - While the orange zest antibac still has that trademark Thymol scent, I think they might have hit on something great here. You can honestly smell the orange in there, and it really helps brighten up the total scent! I think it smells pretty great!
+
How about a little hand wash sneak peek? I knew you'd say yes! So check out our newest limited edition method friends about to hit Target shelves (start checking next week!) Above is new foaming hand wash in lemon mint, and gel hand washes in juicy pear, hibiscus flower and clementine! You can also check out the foaming hand wash in hibiscus flower and waterfall here! - These two scents in foaming are permanent!
One bit of curiousity is the fact that lemon mint is coming in foaming hand wash (I had heard it was going to be gel.) While hibiscus is also coming in gel (which I'd heard was only going to be foaming. Whew!) So who knows, maybe each of these scents will be appearing in both versions! (Which would be great, as I'm so excited for lemon mint, but personally not a foaming hand wash fan.) I guess we'll just have to wait til they hit shelves! Let method lust know via comments or email if you start seeing them at your local stores!

new debuts!
Spring is just around the corner (March 20th!) and true to fashion, method has begun sneaking out some great new products for us! And we all lust new method products, right? Take a look at the first two photos which feature method's spankin' new bottle design! You can view the new clementine scented all-purpose spray bottle here!Their all-purpose sprays have also been reformulated with something they are calling powergreen technology, which helps the cleaners work even harder at naturally tackling stains and messes! And the glass cleaner is now a glass and surface cleaner. So you can use it all over your house, it's not just for glass anymore! (Mint scent everywhere? As the Kool-Aid man would say, Oh Yeah!)
Next up is a nifty new scent for their antibac line (oddly enough still in their old bottle design.) The new scent, which will be added to the lemon verbena kitchen line, is orange zest!
And finally, we have a-freakin-dorable new kids hand washes shaped like Mickey and Minnie Mouse heads (with official Disney logos on the bottle!) These will be available in lemonade and strawberry fizz scents! I'm not sure if these are Disney park products, or if they'll show up in stores; but they are available on method's online shop right this very minute (along with everything else I've mentioned here!)
And this is just the beginning, because in just a couple of weeks (mid-April) we'll also be seeing four, yes four, new limited edition hand wash scents hitting shelves (including lemon mint! Yes, you heard me right! And I've already announced another of the scents in a recent post here on method lust, so if you're a good little reader, you already know two of the four!) And speaking of limited edition scents, I noticed recently (this obviously passed me by) that their waterfall scent is now permanent (no more limited edition wording on the bottle!) Mandarin mango and waterfall are here to stay, while violet bloom and red currant are Are you excited for these new products? What will you snap up? (Cause it's all about the snap!)

clean sweeps
Ah, spring time! What? It's still winter and frosty and cold and there are snowmen frolicking in your yard? Well, here in North Carolina it's a very springy week (so far!) And spring leads one to day dream about new method products! Really, it does. No, I'm being serious. Whatever, so I day dream about new method products all the time. I even come up with my own sometimes. And then I forget which are the real products, and which are the fake products, and then sometimes I'll have to go cry in a corner for a little bit because I need to mourn the product that I thought was real real but was really just fake real. You know what I mean? But don't worry, it's not a really bad crying jag. More of a whimper with some tears. Maybe the occassional wail, but nothing more. I promise...So yeah, new products! Well, if you follow method over on their Facebook page, you notice every once in a while they'll pop something big in over there, just to see if people are paying attention. And trust me, I am. I am! How about these two goodies!
+ Looks like we'll be seeing new limited edition hand washes this April! So use up what you have left from the holiday line, and get ready for some delicious scented newbies to fill Target shelves! (And psst - just between you and me, we're talking not just one, but four new scents! 2 + 2 = four new scents! But that's all I can tell you now. More news the closer it gets to April... is it April yet? Oh, ok. Man, I got a while... argh.)
+ method also announced on their Facebook page that we should be seeing new dish soap refills hitting shelves this Spring! How cool is that! Hey, they might even have a new lemongrass dish soap refill out then, too! Wait, what? That's one of my pretend real products? Well, I refuse. method, get on it! (But uhm yay, dish soap refills!)
and lastly (not new product related, but still cool method product related)
+ method luster Jamison has let me know he's just found a new shipment of method candles showing up at his Big Lots store! Frosted fir, fig, cut grass, peppermint vanilla and more! So of course I leapt from my work chair, told them I had the flu suddenly, and ran to Big Lots to find... nothing. Yet! But I'm holding out they just haven't hit my store shelves yet! Cause frosted fir candles... oh yeah. Who needs Valentine's day 50% off candy when you got frosted fir candles. Who needs Valentines day 50% off candy when you have a date... oh but let's not go there, ok? I'm still mourning my method teeth whitening system. Yes! Yes, it's a real fake product. Hence the mourning! So let's leave dating out for the time being. I can only take one disappointment at a time... and you are a disappointment, Ted! A complete and total disappointment! Don't talk to me like that! Where were my roses, Ted? Hmm?... wait, is this thing off?...
...now, where is that ADD medication.

red is rad!
Word on high from method's latest Tweet is their limited edition hand wash scent, red currant, is here to stay! Asked on Twitter:Q: " are you going to make currant a new scent?"
A: "{reply} yes it's becoming a permanent fixture! keep looking."
As you'll probably remember (unless you suffer from short term memory loss, in which case, I'm sorry. That must suck! I read once... wait, who are you again? Where am I?...) method did the same thing with their other limited edition scent, mandarin mango!
One possible thing to keep in mind is, at least for Target shoppers - Target as you know loves keeping the method products they carry streamlined. So as method continues to add new scents to their hand wash line, it's rather inevitable that old ones will be clearanced by Target (though method may continue to carry them on their online store!) So what are your thoughts? Stick with the old favorites, or roll out the new friends?
You can find method's other limited edition scents, waterfall and violet bloom, still hanging out on select Target store shelves! And I would make a bet we'll be seeing a new one before too long! (Let's hope it's sooner rather than later!)

new, new, new!
So I got a little confession to make. I adore Christmas. Oh that festive holiday season (hopefully) full of snow, brightly wrapped presents, and gleeful music! In fact, I have an obsession with Christmas music. Christmas records, to be exact. (Psst, I'll let you in on a little secret. I own one hundred and twenty seven Christmas records. Yes, I realize at this point I need an intervention. Feel free to stop by my house anytime, and start one. No, but really.) They're mainly from the 50's thru late 60's/early 70's. I love, love, lust, and lick them! (Ok, I don't really lick them, cause that would be real dirty like. So dirty in fact, I'm not even sure method could clean my tongue properly after that. So no, no licking. More imaginary licking. Ok?) And this week we've had our yearly Hospice Flea Market in town, and I've been stocking up on ho ho ho, Christmas records! And of course, when I get them, I have to play them to see what they sound like. So... it's sorta been Christmas in August for me. Actually, you could take that back to the last few weeks in July as well, cause I bought some at Goodwill, and those had to be played too. Just ask my dad, he was loving it (and no, not in the loving lusting licking way I was, trust me. More in the sarcastic not loving lusting or licking at all way.)So walking into (here's the point! Whew!) Target today, it was like Christmas came early, what with all the music I've been listening to, and on top of that, when what to my wondering eyes should appear, but all new method products! They've arrived! Yay!
No, really, Nathan. You did that entire Christmas intro just to bring in the idea of finding method products like Christmas presents? You did all that, for this? My word, you need help... but you digress, third person voice, you digress...
Here's what you'll be finding (hopefully this week!) at your nearest Target! All the knowns - the new antibac line in spearmint, lemon verbana, and lemon verbana wipes (see photo above!) As well as the new dish soap in those laundry shaped bottles, in clementine, sea minerals and cucumber! And what's this, some surprises! A brand spankin' (Christmas colored! So there, ha, third person voice! I got you back!) new limited edition gel hand wash in fresh currant! (It's sorta a really light berry/cherry-ish scent, or at least that's what I got from sniffing the bottle.) And method luster Bradley was right, they've put out a 25 load laundry detergent in lavender cedar! And it smells really nice! Earthy, but with a little floral, I can't explain it, but I'm liking it! Not sure if this is a Target exclusive, or limited edition, or what, as it had no labeling as such.
I'm gonna hold off on any reviews of course, until I've had a chance to try out the products properly for myself. So the only thing I can give you right now is my first impressions/bottle sniff tests. The antibac line smells really... how do I say this properly? - Medicinal. It's just, it's made with thyme oil (which I think is a big part of what makes it antibacterial) and I think that's what is giving it this scent. I could barely smell lemon verbena or spearmint over that heavy medicinal smell. But, I haven't tried it, so perhaps it will come off differently when you actually spray and use the product! I will be picking up a bottle of the spearmint to give a try, even though I have my concerns over the use of antibacterial products, and see what I think.
The clementine scent is nice. I wish it were a bit stronger, and more fresh. It sorta reminds me of a generic orange scent at the moment. But again, I didn't like the scent of mandarin mango when it first came out, and I gave it a sniff test in the store. Then I purchased a bottle, and tried it out, and really liked the smell! So who knows, that's why I want to wait and give these all tries before I really get into any nitty-gritty.
So that's that! I'm so excited! And we can also expect to see the new fabric softeners showing up this month, very soon (in similar scents to the current laundry line.) And, if that wasn't enough, the new kitchen hand wash line comes out in September, along with the naturals dish soap line. And since Bradley got the lavender cedar perfect, I'm going to bet he's right on these two lines as well, scent wise. He says the hand wash line will carry basil and lemongrass (yum! yum! yum! Lemongrass!) and the naturals dish soap line will carry basil and ginger yuzu.
Let method lust know when you've seen these new items on your store shelves, and what you think of them! Initially, and after you give them a big ole' method try!
+
While we're at it, method has released a press release on their new antibac line, to give everyone some more information into what makes it, well, do it's antibac thing! Via csrwire.com:
"Method, the leading innovator in premium, eco-friendly household and personal care products, introduces its first line of botanical household disinfectant sprays and wipes. The Method Antibac assortment of antibacterial, antiviral and antimicrobial products is registered by the Environmental Protection Agency and consists of two cleaning sprays, one formulated especially for the bathroom and the other for the kitchen, and all purpose cleaning and disinfecting wipes.
Method has partnered with CleanWell Company, makers of the thyme-based disinfecting technology, to create a patented botanical formula that kills 99.99 percent of household bacteria including E.coli, salmonella enterica, influenza A and H1N1 virus on hard, non-porous surfaces.
"In the past, we were unwilling to develop or promote antibacterial cleaners because we had not yet found a technology that met our strict ingredient standards and aligned with our principles," says Adam Lowry, Method co-founder and chief greenskeeper. "We recognize that some people prefer to use antibacterial cleaners for high-contact surfaces like toilets and sinks, and we're excited to offer a line of disinfecting cleaners that utilizes CleanWell's botanical technology."
The bathroom spray is optimized to target soap scum and hard water stains while the kitchen cleaner is designed to cut through grease and grime. Both of these products are effective at killing 99.99 percent of household germs on hard, non-porous surfaces throughout any room in the home.
With vibrantly colored bottles and nature-inspired scents of lemon verbena and spearmint, Method stays true to its unique design + fragrance differentiation with its antibac line, which starts appearing on U.S. store shelves this week at Target and other retailers across the country.
About CleanWell Company
CleanWell Company's mission was born over a decade ago from a family's need to find cleaning and disinfecting products that could be used around the founder’s severely immune compromised son. The CleanWell scientific team was the first to discover how to blend thyme oil to kill 99.99% of germs naturally. CleanWell is passionately committed to developing innovative solutions that offer consumers a way to clean and disinfect without compromise."

PS - (Are you still with me?) I have a feeling this is why the tub + tile cleaner has been discontinued, as the new antibac line is formulated for bathroom (and kitchen). I would have preferred they just left them antibac without specifying an in-home area, but alas. I really liked the eucalyptus mint tub + tile cleaner, so I'm surprised it's gone (or at least gone from Target.)
And again, let me know what you think about all the new products! I can't wait to give them all a try! Ho, ho, ho, merry method (in August!) Yeah, I had to tie up the ending with the beginning. I realize it was a stretch, but come one, give me a little credit here, ok? Ok, well, maybe next time...

new method - violet bloom
UPDATE Target just got their new shipment of method hand washes in, and I snapped up a violet bloom! Yay! It's a VERY floral scent (something method hasn't had in quite some time!) I think I'm gonna like it, though I don't really know what a true violet scent smells like (other than those chalky Howard's violet candies that smell great, but taste gah!) so I'm curious to know from you just how violetly violet it is! Let me know when you find the new hand wash fragrance for yourself!+
method lust reader Jon was sweet enough to snap and send in a shot of method's new limited edition Target scent, violet bloom! It's hitting the shelf as we speak (well, maybe not exactly as we speak, cause those Target employees are probably in bed, where I need to be. Well, except if you live in a different time zone, then I bet they're not in bed and may very well be hitting the shelves with new method hand wash, or maybe, uh, yeah, I'm thinking about this a tad too much!)
Pick up a bottle, and let method lust know what you think of the new scent! (And with that, I'm so off to bed! It's 12:06 AM as I write this, yo! And I just got back from work, yo yo! Yeah, don't even ask. I'll work it all out with my therapist, I promise...)

new new for you!
UPDATE Found it! During my usual Target jaunt (well, one of many many many... sigh!) I finally spied method's new limited edition waterfall hand wash! It is, as many lust readers have said, in with the main Target selection (dish cubes, all-surface cleaner, etc.) and NOT with the hand wash in the, well, hand wash area. method sorta likes to put their "top four" gel hand washes (pink grapefruit, lavender, cucumber and go naked) in with their big area product selection (now five, if you count waterfall!) They then put the remaining hand washes (sea minerals, waterflower, refresh mint, sweet water, the moisturizing line, etc.) on the hand wash aisles at Target. Should I draw you a map? Cause, really, I could. Oh how I could.I gotta say, I love method's limited edition hand washes and hope they keep on keepin' on; but man, if I had to do a blind sniff test between their new waterfall and the sea minerals scents (which some readers have also said smell very similar) I'm not sure I'd be able to tell which one was which! I'm sorta surprised they chose a scent so very close to one they already carry. But I also know sea minerals appears to be a big hit for them, so perhaps they're trying to hook that customer base with some more similarly scented products.
You'll all definitely have to let me know if you agree or disagree on the scent similarity when you get a chance to try it out yourself (or hey, just do like I do, and sniff it in the stores! Man, I sniff so much stuff in the stores, I'm surprised Target hasn't pulled all the surveillance video together and made a mashup YouTube video of me sniffing method products! Ha ha! Oh but that's be so very sad. Let's hope that never comes to pass.)

Look and see! A brand new limited edition hand wash scent coming to a Target near you! - Waterfall (man does it look a lot like Sea Minerals! I'm really curious what the scent smells like!)
Let methodlust know if you spot new mr. blue on a shelf near you! (Wow, so much rhyme, so little time!) Waterfall will be available thru July (or so) according to method's latest Tweet!
